Bloodborne Pathogens

This two hour classroom training course covers engineering controls, personal protective equipment, personal hygiene, cleaning/ disinfecting equipment and supplies, recognizing, reporting and following up on employee exposures to infectious materials. This one-year certification meets training requirements required by OSHA 29 Code of Federal Regulations 1910.1030.

Red Cross classes include a digital certificate, in addition to a wallet card and paper certificate. Participants receive their digital certificate within 24 hours and can receive their wallet cards as early as the same day of training, or within two days of training, unlike other organizations which can take several weeks to issue proof of training. Certification is nationally recognized and is valid for one year.
